These terms apply when you use the WhatsTK website, create an account or place an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Products and orders
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly by screen. Product information, prices and availability can change. An order is accepted when we confirm your payment; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and include the options you choose. The total, including any shipping charge, is shown before you pay. Payment is completed on a third-party payment page; your payment is also subject to that provider's terms. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Shipping, customs and delivery
Products are shipped from China. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and customs. Import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country may apply unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and email access secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or breaches of these terms. Existing orders will still be handled according to these terms and applicable law.
Referral program
If you take part in our referral program, commissions are credited only under the rules shown in your account at the time, and only for eligible paid orders that are not cancelled or refunded. We may review, withhold or reverse commissions obtained through self-referrals, spam or other misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, including by attempting to access other accounts, interfering with its security, scraping content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes. Content on this website, including photos and text, may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
