Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

If we send the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we will help arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping costs. Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, this may involve a replacement, repair or refund.

In some cases we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring an international return. Any partial refund is optional and must be agreed with you.

Changed your mind or chose the wrong size?

For a change-of-mind return, including choosing the wrong size when the item matches its description and size information, you are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

Returns are sent to China, and international return shipping can be expensive. Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending an item. This helps avoid misdirected parcels and does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Please keep items in their original condition and retain packaging where possible. Any condition requirements or deductions will follow applicable law.

Your cancellation and refund rights

Return eligibility and deadlines depend on the laws applicable to your purchase. Where EU consumer rules apply, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions, and a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Where those rules apply, refunds include standard outbound delivery charges and are normally due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, as permitted by law. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option need not be refunded.
